In 2007 Penny, the owner of My Physique, Inc., took on an extra activity to help out some special people. To give them hope and a new journey into a new life. Penny has been so blessed by the ladies and gentlemen that she has encountered. Each of them hold a very special place in her heart that she has decided to dedicate this site to them.
Silent Storm came about when a special was in my class woke up one morning and noticed that she was a little sore in places that she did not realize she had worked. She just could not believe that some of the exercises that she was doing were working your lovely body. She also noticed that Penny in her own subtle way had made this happen.
One morning when this special person was warming up, the question was asked, "Is anyone sore?" She spoke up and said "Yes" and that I was a Silent Storm because it just hit her at once, she never saw it coming. That is when Silent Storm came about.
Penny decided that she liked the nickname so much that she decided to keep and run with it.
